HappyMail

Terms of Service

Last updated: June 28, 2026

These Terms of Service govern your use of HappyMail, a Discord-native, disposable email service operated by LucussHK. By using the HappyMail Discord bot or any HappyMail email address, you agree to these terms.

HappyMail is built for temporary signups, testing, and low-risk email receipt. Do not use it for sensitive accounts, financial services, identity documents, medical records, legal notices, or anything that requires durable email access.

1. Service Description

HappyMail lets Discord users create disposable email aliases on configured domains. Incoming messages may be parsed, summarized, stored briefly, and delivered to Discord channels, forum posts, or threads. When configured by the operator, HappyMail may also send outbound messages from registered aliases through an SMTP relay.

2. Acceptable Use

You may not use HappyMail to:

3. Alias Ownership and Access

Registered aliases are associated with the Discord user who creates them. Another user should not be able to claim or manage the same registered alias. Server managers may still administer the service, apply global blocks, and remove abusive use when needed.

4. Email Delivery

Email delivery is not guaranteed. Incoming or outgoing messages can be rejected, delayed, blocked, marked as spam, muted, deleted, truncated, or lost due to sender behavior, DNS changes, internet routing, Discord availability, Cloudflare availability, SMTP relay availability, storage pressure, spam filtering, maintenance, or server failure.

5. Content Handling

HappyMail may extract sender, recipient, subject, verification codes, links, text previews, attachment names, and basic message metadata for display in Discord. Outbound send attempts may store sender, recipient, subject, status, error text, and body previews. Attachment bytes are not intentionally stored by the service. Discord may process delivered content according to Discord's own terms and policies.

6. Operator Audit Mirror

The service operator may configure an owner-only audit channel that receives copies of inbound messages for abuse review, debugging, spam handling, and service administration. Do not use HappyMail for messages that should be private from the service operator.

7. Retention and Deletion

HappyMail is temporary by design. Message records are pruned automatically according to service configuration, retention windows, and storage pressure. Deleting or muting an alias affects future delivery behavior but may not immediately remove copies already delivered to Discord.

8. Suspension and Termination

Access may be limited, aliases may be deleted, and messages may be blocked at any time to protect the service, comply with platform rules, reduce spam, or respond to suspected abuse.

9. No Warranty

HappyMail is provided as-is and as available, without warranties of reliability, availability, security, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted operation. Use the service at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HappyMail and its operator are not liable for lost messages, account loss, service downtime, data loss, security incidents, third-party service behavior, or other damages arising from your use of the service.

11. Changes

These terms may be updated as the service changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

12. Contact

For questions about these terms, contact the HappyMail operator through the Discord server where the bot is installed.
